By participating as a sponsor on the RESOLOOT platform, the Sponsor (referred to herein as “Sponsor”) agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RESOLOOT, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to any content, statements, representations, warranties, or omissions made by the Sponsor in connection with the marketing, advertising, and delivery of its products or services to RESOLOOT users, specifically including but not limited to claims alleging fraud, misrepresentation, misleading statements, breaches of contract, violations of law, or ethical claims, ensuring that RESOLOOT is fully protected from the legal and financial consequences of the Sponsor’s marketing activities.
