• We do not warrant that any content is complete, accurate, or up to date

• User-generated and third-party content may contain opinions or errors

RESOLOOT includes community features that allow users to post content and interact.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to post or share content that is:

• Abusive, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory
• Sexually explicit or violent
• Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Illegal or infringing on others’ rights
• Spam or unsolicited promotional material

RESOLOOT provides:

• A mechanism to report objectionable content
• User blocking functionality
• Content filtering and moderation processes
• Review of reported content with appropriate action typically within 24 hours

RESOLOOT reserves the right to remove any content or user at its sole discretion to maintain a safe environment. Actions may include content removal, account suspension, or permanent removal.

Some content on RESOLOOT may be provided by sponsors or third parties.

• RESOLOOT does not endorse third-party opinions or offerings
• We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or claims

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RESOLOOT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of or reliance on content in the App
• Financial decisions made based on App information
• User-generated or third-party content
• Service interruptions or data inaccuracies

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RESOLOOT, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of this Agreement
• Your content or conduct on the platform

RESOLOOT may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate this Agreement
• Post objectionable or abusive content
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior

Users may terminate their account at any time through the App settings.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This Agreement is governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
